About Pitty Rescue - A non-profit Rescue OrganizationWelcome to Pitty Rescue, Inc, a non-profit Pit Bull rescue and pet care education organization. This rescue was established Jeff and Diana Coltenback in April 2010 after 10 years of private rescue work. Since 2000, we have been fostering, rehabilitating and re-homing homeless animals, specifically Pit bulls and Pit Bull type dogs. We have been directly or indirectly responsible for re-homing thousands of animals; mostly dogs, but also cats, snakes, lizards, bunnies, gerbils, birds and much more. We also provide low cost training to rescues and shelters. Over the years, due to resources and space, we were only able to house one dog at a time; two on a temporary basis. And, one of our many dreams is to have a Pit Bull sanctuary. So, it was finally time to get on track towards making our dream a reality. Initially, Pitty Rescue, Inc will only be able to house 3-5 dogs at a time, depending on size and temperament. But, hey, it's a start. With your help, our dream will come true and together we will save many wonderful Pit Bulls. Please support this or any rescue you can.
